1. Introduction

At Nexon Logistics, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.


2. Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order and you will need to request a return.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.


3. Refund Policy

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt.
- We will initiate a return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition they were received.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that Nexon Logistics reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or if they are returned after the 14-day period.
