Text Channels should only be used for their named purpose, for example, advertising of stream links is only permitted in their respective text channel.
Spam tagging users or spamming a message repeatedly is not permitted e.g. using bot commands in other channels which are not designated for the commands or arguing over a topic in public. (Avoid controversial discussions).
Posting of personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is not allowed.
English is the only language to be used outside of language specific text channels.
Voice Channel Rules
Voice Channels should only be used for their named purpose, for example, advertising of anything is only permitted in their respective voice channel.
Voice spam e.g. loud music, voice changer or screaming is not permitted.
Recording a voice conversation without proper consent from those who are within the communication will be considered a violation of privacy rights and is strictly prohibited.
Advertisement, Usernames and Nicknames
Any form of advertising outside the channel purpose e.g. websites, other discord invites and stream promotion is prohibited without a prior agreement with Nexon Logistics' staff.
Impersonating staff or users is strictly prohibited. Nicknames must not be in any way considered offensive, explicit or defamatory.
Inappropriate Content
Sharing of inappropriate or pornographic content and the distribution of links which includes viruses, malware, illegal software, torrents etc is strictly prohibited.
Use of IP trackers or other malicious gathering tools to harass users are strictly prohibited.
Do not post any private conversation screenshot, image or video without the consent of those concerned..
Personal conflicts must be kept out of Nexon Logistics. If continued, Nexon Logistics' staff hold the right to take appropriate measures.

Basic Vtc Rules
The “Nexon Logistics” player tag must always be used in TruckersMP unless helping with an external event.
Tampering, altering or modification of distance and income is strictly prohibited.
You must notify the VTC Management within 48 hours if you have been banned on TruckersMP. Failing to notify may lead to consequences.
Basic Vtc Rule
Being part of more than one VTC is strictly prohibited. You must not be a member of any other VTC which specializes in either ETS2/ATS while being a driver for Nexon Logistics.
Must drive and deliver a job of minimum 1,000 KM per month in order to remain an active player in Nexon Logistics.
If you cannot do so, due to certain circumstances you may contact the HR team in order to get a Leave of Absence (LOA).
Basic Vtc Rule
During convoys players are advised to take a maximum of 10 tons of cargo to not cause chaos behind. Any player who is taking more than 10 tons of cargo in a convoy must be responsible if they are kicked or punished.
Exceptions can be made for drivers who wish to help as Convoy Control/Media etc for another organization and must be notified to our management.
Please abide by the chain of commands while contacting any staff.

You must be careful while driving on highly populated areas e.g Calais-Duisburg, Innsbruck to Klagenfurt and the road linking to Kirkenes Quarry.
While driving in populated areas you must be respectful with regards to how you drive and communicate with others.
